Express & Overnight
To help keep our prices low and prevent fraud, all overnight or express shipments must be placed via phone at 1-877-855-1625 during normal business hours. LEDLightBulbs.com will quote the express shipping charge prior to charging the order. Due to our diverse fulfillment system, some items may not be available for expedited shipping. Express and overnight orders placed after 10 AM MST will ship the following business day. No changes may be made to any completed express orders.
Orders Shipping To Hawaii, Alaska, or U.S. Territory
Orders shipped outside the 48 contiguous United States (including Alaska, Hawaii and other US Territories) will incur additional shipping and handling charges. To place an order to Alaska, Hawaii or other US territory, simply add items to your cart and enter your address information. This will create an "abandoned order" in our system, for which you will not be charged. Someone from our customer service team will contact you with a quote including shipping for your order. Product Damaged in Shipping
Most of the bulbs we ship are plastic and very resilient. Occasionally, however, an item may be damaged in transit. In order for a damage claim to be successful, LEDLightBulbs.com must be notified of the damage within five business days from the date the package is received. Please notify Customer Service - be sure to include your order number. As the shipper, LEDLightBulbs.com will file a claim with the carrier, on your behalf. Pending the carrier's assessment of the damage, LEDLightBulbs.com will make arrangements for a replacement to be shipped. In order for LEDLightBulbs.com to perform this service, the package(s) must be received and inspected by the customer and not refused under any circumstances.
Product damaged in shipping is not covered by a manufacturer warranty and not eligible for our Easy Trial Return program. Buyers who use the Easy Trial Return Form to return damaged product will not be credited for shipping charges and will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Packages Returned to LEDLightBulbs.com
Refused packages will incur a 15% restocking fee and LEDLightBulbs.com will not refund shipping charges. Packages returned to LEDLightBulbs.com as 'undeliverable' due to an LEDLightBulbs.com error will be reshipped at our cost. In cases in which an incorrect address was provided, additional shipping fees will apply for LEDLightBulbs.com to reship the order. If the customer elects to not have the order reshipped, a credit will be issued, less the original shipping charges.
